14 Year Olds (Babe Ruth and Teener B)

14 Year Old Babe Ruth:

Babe Ruth is our main program for our 14 year olds.  Teams in this league play the majority of their games against other Babe Ruth affiliated teams in surrounding communities and possibly a tournament or two.  This is real baseball with pitcher's mound set at 60.5' and 90' base paths.    Many Babe Ruth teams will also participate in weekend tournament play, which will result in an additional financial obligation.  Players in Babe Ruth should plan on an additional $150-$300 in fees if team will be participating in tournaments.

What days of the week and where do they play?

Babe Ruth plays twice a week on Monday and Thursday evenings in various communities (home games at Windsor or DeForest High School).

14 YO Teener B:

14 Year Old Teener B is a league that is a bit less competitive than the Babe Ruth League.  In past seasons, teams in this program are usually combined with 13 and 14 year old players.  Number of players and talent pool is usually the deciding factor on whether or not to field a team in this program and is determined by WD Baseball Coaching Directors after registration is complete or after an evaluation of registered players.

What days of the week and where do they play?

Teener B typically plays twice a week on Monday and Wednesday evenings in various communities (home games at Windsor or DeForest High School).
